Kevin is a native Californian who lived in the San Francisco Bay Area before moving to Los Angeles in 1997. Prior to entering the real estate business, he worked in the entertainment industry as a musical booking agent and then as an event planner for Merv Griffin Productions. He produced and managed premiere and post award show parties among others. Kevin quickly learned that in pressure situations, tensions can run high and there always needs to be a level-headed, calming influence in the mix. He approaches his real estate transactions in the same manor. No matter what the obstacles may be, there is almost always a resolution that is fair and satisfactory to all parties involved, making the deal a positive experience.
