Born and raised in Pacific Palisades, California, Kathryn Carter (K.C.) Soll obtained her California real estate license in 1972 and her broker's license in 1980. K.C. began her real estate career in Malibu and later expanded into the entire Westside of Los Angeles, including Pacific Palisades, Rustic Canyon, Sullivan Canyon, Santa Monica, Brentwood, Westwood, Beverly Hills, Manhattan Beach, and beyond.

An avid student of art history and architecture, K.C. spent several years traveling the globe as a purser/flight attendant with Pan American World Airways. The opportunity to visit the cultural, archeological and architectural sites in over 25 countries was invaluable to her subsequent real estate career.
