Katrina Webb came to real estate in 2003 after running her own successful photography business. The experience she brings from producing many photo shoots blends seamlessly with keeping track of all the varied aspects involved in any real estate transaction. It was then through the purchase of her own home that she realized she had a new true love.

Katrina started with the respected boutique real estate company DBL, which is now Sotheby's International Realty. She is proud to be a part of this esteemed firm, which has dominated local market share and is the first choice for clients looking for a higher caliber of representation both locally and worldwide.

Katrina works out of the Los Feliz office. Through her excellent negotiation skills, solid judgment and sound advice, she has built a business based primarily on referrals and is proud that her clients continue to recommend her vast real estate services to friends, family and business associates.

As a listing agent, Katrina offers an extensive marketing plan that utilizes the latest in technology, giving a homeowner the opportunity to achieve the maximum exposure for their property. When working with a buyer she listens, searches for the perfect home and then guides them through the home buying process while negotiating the best possible deal. Katrina specializes in residential and investment properties in the Hollywood Hills, Los Feliz, West Hollywood, Silver Lake and the Northeast including Eagle Rock, Highland Park and Mount Washington.

Katrina was born in Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada. She moved with her family to San Francisco and finally to Hollywood, where she currently resides. She enjoys photography, music, theater, the outdoors, reading, travel, good wine and good conversation.
