Julie Peppars is a native of Los Angeles who has resided in West Los Angeles over the past 30 years. Having grown up in the city and witnessed the development and cultural diversity in Los Angeles, she brings outstanding service to her clients through her market familiarity.

Prior to pursuing her career in real estate, she acquired marketing skills at Foote and Cone & Belding Advertising, and obtained a master's degree in psychology from Loyola Marymount University. Julie is well acquainted with the process of identifying client needs and pinpointing solutions in the marketplace. She also brings a distinct and comprehensive understanding of individual lifestyles and customer satisfaction when screening property for her clients. She believes that the business of real estate is not only special but also unique to each individual.

While living briefly in Chicago, Julie received her 15 minutes of fame when she appeared as a guest on The Oprah Winfrey Show. Three years later, she returned to Los Angeles to raise a family and pursue her real estate career. While raising two active sons, Julie commuted extensively across the city, traveling through nearly every neighborhood in Los Angeles. With her first-hand knowledge and cross-country relocation experience, Julie can easily match her clients' lifestyle with neighborhood compatibility.

At Sotheby's International Realty and as a member of the Sheltr Group, Julie focuses all of her attention exclusively on her referral-based clientele. Her goal is to find not only the best property available, but also the right property for her clients. Julie is a member of the Beverly Hills Greater Los Angeles Association of Realtors.
