With over 20 years of real estate experience in West Side properties, Joy Denton specializes in high-end residential property sales. A longtime resident of the Beverly Hills area, Joy is particularly knowledgeable about homes there. In addition, she specializes in the surrounding neighborhoods of Bel Air, Holmby Hills and Brentwood. As a multi-term president of a Wilshire Blvd high-rise homeowners association, Joy has in-depth knowledge of the luxury condo market as well. She joined Sotheby's International Realty in 1997.

Joy earned a bachelor's degree in environmental design from Syracuse University in New York. Her educational background in environmental design makes her uniquely qualified to advise clients regarding both the aesthetics of luxury properties and the potential for properties in need of renovation.

Joy recently served as the Executive Director of Sales for Montage Residences Beverly Hills, achieving record breaking sales there. Currently Joy is Director of Sales for the Beverly West Residences on Wilshire Blvd, developed by Enaar Properties. Joy was chosen for these high level positions based upon her proven ability to interface effectively with high net worth buyers while meeting the complex needs of ownership and simultaneously managing a dynamic sales team. Joy also serves on the Board of Directors for her homeowner's association in Benedict Canyon. Joy was recently commended by NRT as being in the elite top 2% of all agents in the company.
