Josie specializes in high-end second homes for foreign buyers and has represented clients from Australia, Singapore, Malaysia, Taiwan, Croatia, the UK and Germany.
Josie brings 20+ years of experience in consulting including with Price Waterhouse and in the electronic payment industry. She has had management positions at a wholly owned subsidiary of multi-national Deluxe Corp. as GM/Director of Asia Pacific Operations in charge of sales, marketing and operations for Australia, New Zealand, China and Southeast Asia, handling product management and business development, and as VP/Controller overseeing operations with annual revenue of over $140 million.
Josie is experienced in handling complex transactions, serving as a focal point between clients' attorneys, private bankers and advisers across multiple time zones around the world.
Josie speaks fluent English, Mandarin and Cantonese. She has a BA in accounting and MBA from the University of Wisconsin, Milwaukee. She is actively involved with the community, serving as Secretary and Executive Committee Member on the Board of the American Red Cross Santa Monica Bay Chapter. She is a member of American Red Cross Tiffany Circle and Co-Chair of the Red Cross Red Tie Affairs, the high-profile, celebrity-studded Red Cross fundraisers from 2013-2015. She is a former trustee of the Pacific Asia Museum in Pasadena, a past president of the Alumni Association of Taipei First Girls’ High School - Southern California (about 700 members); a past president of the Newcomers and Friends of Pacific Palisades and a longtime patron of LA Opera. She is also a member of the Pacific Council on International Policy, RAND Corp. Policy Circle, LA World Affairs Council, Asian Business League of Southern California, Beverly Hills Chamber of Commerce and Pacific Palisades Chamber of Commerce.
