In 2011, Joe was named in the top 25 nationally of all Sotheby's International Realty agents by number of closed transactions.
In his former career in the music industry, Joe conducted business with some of the top artists and executive talent in the world. He held high-level positions at venerable labels such as Atlantic and Arista Records, where he helped build and shape the careers of many stars in the music world. Joe feels that is't only natural that he would end up in real estate. After all, it's in his blood. His grandfather was a builder in New York City, and his grandmother was a respected real estate broker. They offered Joe his first taste of the business. They impressed on him the value of preparation and hard work.
Joe makes his home in the Los Feliz Oaks with his wife and their dog. He is an active member of Friends of Griffith Park, contributes monthly to LAMP Community and frequently volunteers on behalf of the homeless. He is a graduate of Syracuse University, where he was a member of the 1986 NCAA final four Men's Lacrosse team.
