Joe Reichling has a no-nonsense approach, and has made a career of helping people successfully navigate L.A.’s real estate market. Known for being firm and fair in negotiations, clients often get more than they anticipate. “My job is to overwhelm a client with my performance,” notes Joe. “Real estate is among the most emotional and financially significant events in a person’s life. I’m honored to be able to guide people through the process.” The Hollywood Hills is just one of his specialties, as his love of LA extends to Venice, Santa Monica, West Hollywood, Beachwood, Silver Lake and beyond. In 2011, Joe was named in the Top 25 nationally of all Sotheby’s International Realty agents by number of closed transactions.

In his former career in the music industry, Joe conducted business with some of the top artists and executive talent in the world. He held high-level positions at venerable labels such as Atlantic and Arista Records, where he helped build and shape the careers of many stars in the music world. It’s only natural that Joe would end up in real estate; after all, it’s in his blood. His grandfather was a builder in New York City and his grandmother was a respected real estate broker. “That was my first taste of the business,” Joe says. “They impressed on me the value of preparation and hard work.”

Joe makes his home in the Los Feliz Oaks with his wife, daughter, and their dog. He is an active member of Friends of Griffith Park, contributes monthly to LAMP Community, and frequently volunteer’s on behalf of the homeless. He is a graduate of Syracuse University where he was a member of the 1986 NCAA final four Men’s Lacrosse team.
