Jimmy has 21 years of real estate sales experience, representing a diverse group of clients and residential homes.

In today's market, Jimmy's clients benefit from his experience in the marketing and sale of REO/bank owned properties and pre-foreclosure/loss mitigation transactions. Jimmy has earned the designation of Freddie Mac Short Sale Specialist from this division of the Federal Home Loan Corporation. Jimmy currently works with asset management companies and banks throughout the nation in the sale of REO/bank owned real estate in the greater Los Angeles area.

He is a member of the Beverly Hills/Greater Los Angeles Board of Realtors as well as the National and California Associations of Realtors.
