Prior to real estate, Jennifer honed her marketing skills at MTV Networks. At MTV she mastered the art of creating one-of-a-kind marketing plans. Jennifer uses this experience to deliver superior representation of her clients' properties. Her marketing plans are strategic, creative and results-driven. In addition to her marketing experience at MTV, Jennifer spent time in New York in the PR department working with David Stern. She learned from Mr. Stern the importance of anticipating problems before they occur, a practice she lives by today in helping her clients sell or buy properties. Jennifer sustains a laser focus on her clients' needs, heads off problems before they arise and shields her sellers from the many and often stressful idiosyncrasies of their real estate transactions.
In a prior career Jennifer was a sales manager in college publishing, where she won many awards for leading her team to excellence. She was considered an industry leader. Jennifer taught negotiation, strategic focus, problem-solving and the art of persuading vendors and customers. Jennifer believes that negotiation underlies most successful business and personal encounters. Whether dealing with a client, a family member, the staff, a billion dollar deal or a car purchase, she understands there are measurable differences in results between those who negotiate well and those who do not.
Jennifer has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Relations with a minor in Marketing from Wayne State University. She has earned the Times Mirror Executive Professional Sales Skills Training (PSS) Certification,
Executive Negotiation Certification from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and Global Strategy Group, and MTV Networks Media Math Certification.
