California native Janina Garraway has over seven years of real estate experience. Prior to her real estate career Janina was a very successful actress and professional dancer. Some of her credits include touring the world with Mariah Carey, Usher and Babyface, just to name a few. She has also appeared in a number of commercials for companies such as Burger King and JC Penny. She has had the privilege of working with artists such as Faith Hill, Justin Timberlake and Kanye West, and choreographers such as Debbie Allen and Paula Abdul. Janina's background in the entertainment industry allows her to service the real estate needs of her niche target market of young entertainers and elite buyers.

From the age of 18 Janina fell in love with real estate. At 20 she bought her first property in San Bernardino, CA, and went on to purchase many more. From the experience of buying and selling her own properties Janina decided she wanted to help young, successful people like herself achieve the joy of home ownership. Less than a year later she received her real estate license. Janina finds great pleasure in servicing others' real estate needs. She has built her business on ethics, morals and a genuine concern for her clients. She is driven by a sense of philanthropy to help her clients achieve their dream of home ownership. Janina's goal is to bring a young and more fun, trustworthy approach to real estate. She is currently an active member with the Screen Actors Guild, Aftra and the Beverly Hills, National and the California Associations of Realtors. She has furthered her real estate knowledge by earning designation as a Certified New Home Specialist, and is currently working on her Residential Construction Certification.
