With more than 20 years of experience in real estate, Heidi Lake has been a top producing agent since joining Sotheby’s International Realty in 1999 as a representative of historic and architecturally significant properties. A specialist throughout the Westside, from Malibu to the eastern Hollywood Hills, she considers herself a guide in the sometimes challenging process of completing a transaction from start to move-in. Heidi prides herself in having sharp negotiating skills and is proficient in contracts and security measures. Her reputation has garnered the trust of many clients that have purchased three and four homes from her over the years. She has enjoyed the privilege of working with some of the most prominent attorneys and business managers representing her clients in the Los Angeles area.

Heidi’s extensive knowledge of the history of Los Angeles and the area’s significant homes has enabled her to guide clients to find the right home to suit their specific needs. She is responsible for the sale of the Fowler Estate in Bel Air, Rex Lottery’s personal home and homes designed by Robert Skinner, Richard Neutra, Thorton Abel, Harwell Hamilton Harris, Val Powellson, Wallace Neff, W.C. Tanner and S. Charles Lee.

Prior to her career in real estate, Heidi owned an interior design firm and has conducted seminars on remodeling for the American Institute of Architects. She was the Vice President of an Architectural firm between 1980 and 1984 and attended the design program at the University of California, Los Angeles.
