His passion for real estate began at an early age and manifested in the building of his first project when he was still a teenager. Today, his clients benefit not only from his experience and passion, but also from his vision and finely tuned skills in financial projection and negotiation. His guidance and attention to their needs and goals further sets him apart. In addition, his colleagues know Hassan as a determined, positive and solution-oriented consummate professional.

After receiving his bachelor's degree in economics and political science in the United States, Hassan established himself as a respected and successful independent real estate broker in London, England. Returning to the U.S. a decade later, he received the honor of being named Listing Agent of the Month within six months of joining Coldwell Banker. He was also honored as Top Producer during five periods of his tenure with the firm. Founding Habitat Properties in 1991, he became a multi-million dollar producer. During the past decade, he has developed eight shopping centers and a multi-unit senior housing project, with his responsibilities including entitlements, pre-leasing, construction, management and asset disposition.

Demonstrating his commitment to giving back to the country and those who defend it, Hassan has now founded the non-profit Veteran's Housing Foundation with a mission of providing housing for America's homeless veterans.
