Dave White, a real estate broker for over 28 years, enjoyed his childhood in Malibu, CA. He learned about the coast and ocean safety while living with his stepfather, Papa John Rader, who worked and co-managed Malibu Pier from the 1940s to the 1970s. Dave met his wife, Lorna, on Malibu Beach in 1975, and they married in 1980. Before entering into his real estate career, Dave owned and operated an ocean and sports activities store while Lorna studied legal aspects and court reporting, and managed the West Coast office for North American Publishing Company. While in his early years of selling real estate, Dave joined a land acquisition company located in the valley. He then changed to a multi-office residential sales company and immediately earned recognition as a top sales producer. Dave has also been a featured realtor speaker for a West Coast media program. He has a history and trusted reputation of representing clientele in the entertainment and sports industries. Lorna obtained her real estate license and joined forces with Dave while they raised their two children in the Conejo Valley. Dave and Lorna are dedicated to their clients and exceed their sales expectations year after year. These experiences have contributed to the Whites' success as realtors, providing consistent communication, a wealth of knowledge and strong negotiation skills. Dave and Lorna recognize the importance of giving back to the community, offering time and support to the Make a Wish Foundation, Children's Hospital and the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society.
