Born and bred in the Los Feliz Oaks, Daniel is a local realtor who has lived in the area his entire life. His mother has been in the business for over 35 years, so Daniel was literally born to sell real estate. In 1985, fresh out of high school, he opened an ice cream/frozen yogurt store in the neighborhood, which he ran for two years. Afterwards he worked for a law firm in the Mid-Wilshire area for over eight years as a paralegal and law clerk. In 1994, after almost 10 years of business and law experience, he decided to get his real estate license and join the family business selling real estate in the Los Feliz area of the Hollywood Hills. That was when Daniel realized what a great career choice he had made.

Daniel brings to Sotheby's International Realty and his clients his unique, energetic and friendly salesmanship expertise. Trustworthy, dependable, precise and thorough, he prides himself on his organizational skills. He works with buyers and sellers and has listed and sold all types of properties ranging from one-bedroom condos to celebrity estates worth close to $5,000,000.

Every sale or listing, whether small or large, warrants Daniel's full and undivided attention. He is hands on when it comes to staging, showing and selling a property down to even the most minute details.

Being a local, Daniel finds that it is hard not to love this area. Within minutes of any part of the area, one can be at a trendy store, restaurant, boutique or something completely different such as a hiking trail, park or pony ride for the kids.
