Carol Stewart found her true passion in real estate after 15 years in the entertainment industry. She has been active in the field since 1992, guiding clients in their real estate transactions, and buying and renovating residential property. She achieved success early in her career and continues to hold top producer status.

Carol's background in design and construction is a valuable asset in the buying or selling process. She provides valuable guidance to sellers regarding changes needed to produce the maximum sales price. She helps buyers understand what their desired upgrades will cost, and thereby assess the true value of the property.

Carol's negotiating skills provide clients with the level of service and advocacy they deserve in such an important transaction. She uses her calm demeanor and clear communication to make the transaction as stress-free as possible.

Carol specializes in Silverlake, Los Feliz, Echo Park, Hollywood Hills East, Hancock Park and Mt. Washington. She is a Certified Relocation Specialist and a Seniors Real Estate Specialist, working with older clients and their special needs. She is also a member of the California Association of Realtors and National Association of Realtors, and a graduate of UCLA Film School.
