To better serve clients, Ann has achieved the special professional designation of Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), which only a very small percentage of real estate agents obtain. Other designations include Million Dollar Club, Graduate Realtor's Institute (GRI), Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), Certified Buyer Representative (CBR) and Senior's Real Estate Specialist (SRES).

Born and raised in the South, Ann has a thoughtful, smooth, collected, attentive way about her. She knows real estate. Her adult life started as an educator with a Bachelor of Science degree in Education from the University of Southern MS. She taught students in the excellent Atlanta-adjacent Cobb County School system for nine years. She has served clients in real estate since 1986. Additionally, she has been a landlord since 1979.

Ann is an equestrian. She and her horse studied dressage for three years with Mark Jaglarz, the former state horse trainer of Poland, now based in Atlanta. She now studies with the preeminent trainer Jane McCloud at the Paddock Riding Club in Los Feliz.
