Adam began his professional real estate career in the 1980s at Studley Commercial. In the very early days of the Internet boom, Adam founded a specialized CMS service for modeling agencies and subsequently went on to launch the design and marketing studio Swiftpictures. Adam's eye for emerging markets and niche specialties allowed him to explore his creativity with business creation. Swiftpictures provided Adam access to photograph some of the most prestigious homes in Los Angeles while developing cutting-edge website marketing tools to promote hundreds of homes for sale. Working closely and exclusively with the top real estate professionals in Hollywood, Los Angeles and Beverly Hills, he honed the essential skills for promoting and positioning property for sale. Adam moved to Los Angeles 26 years ago while attending Loyola Law School and upon completion of his BA in Economics from Columbia University. In service to his community and to the City of Los Angeles, Adam is a board member for the PICO Neighborhood Council, served on the Steering Committee for the Los Angeles Neighborhood Initiative (LANI) and has provided professional services to Aid for Aids, the Los Angeles Conservation Corps and the Conservation Corps of Long Beach.
